SOUTH EUROPE COLLEGE (SEC) is founded in 2022 and dedicated to excellence in project management education congruent with its mission and goals to prepare competent and compassionate professionals in management science. SEC graduate’s students are prepared to deal effectively with a variety of issues that may be encountered in careers such as that of a project manager or team leader. SEC applies all rules and regulations that relate to private colleges as well as Executive rules, technical and administrative procedures as stated by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority. SEC will hold strategic partnerships with the best universities over the world in the field of project management to exchange scientific and educational expertise and to train its students in these universities. Academic study plans have been prepared to fulfil all the requisites of the project management education and to receive benefit of the most recent developments of the curriculum that is implemented in most of similar colleges in developed countries through recent multi technical means, such as eLearning. The study system is entirely online.

Everyone’s Smart ESU is an international ESU, licensed in the United Arab Emirates. In addition, it has a commercial registration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ESU is accredited by the International Project Management Association (IPMA), which is a scientific research organization, based on Switzerland. The organization works through the co-operation between local and regional associations. Besides, it represents one of the most significant references in management. The organization gained the recognition of most countries all over the world which means recognition of all educational organizations that obtained its accreditation. Also, ESU gained the international accreditation from the Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC) in UK. ASIC accreditation enjoys a high international acceptance. In addition, ASIC is a member in CHEA (CIQG) in the United State of America. Moreover, it is included in the International Directory, in addition to being a member in the British Quality Foundation and European Distance and E-learning Network. Also, the ESU aspires to get the accreditations of the Ministries of Education in many countries.

The certification is issued by Midocean University.

All academic programs of the University are offered in collaboration between Midocean University, which is licensed by the Comorian Minister of Higher Education with the license No. N22-1110, and Everyone’s Smart University, licensed by Fujairah Free zone Authority at the United Arab Emirates with the registration No. FZC-2011-21 and online higher education activity license No.4248. Hence, the academic degree is conferred to the graduates with approved certification issued from Midocean University in collaboration with Everyone’s Smart University.

All lecture times at the university depends on the time of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . Lectures are uploaded weekly, and discussion panels are held in the evening.

The University adopts the trimester system for both of Bachelor and Master programs. The period of each semester shall be 13 weeks include the period of exams. PhD duration of Study: 3 academic years divided into 9 semesters.

The materials of all programs are in English while explanation and communication are in Arabic, except for the Bachelor’s program of Digital Media and Digital Marketing, as well as the Master’s program of Educational Leadership and Digital law in which the materials, explanation and communication are all in Arabic. PhD: Research and personal meeting are in Arabic.

The University does not accept any transformation from other universities. In addition, the equation of courses is not acceptable.

In each semester, the student shall register from his account on the Academic Portal in order to have the ability to add courses.

The student must contact directly with the Admission and Registration Department before the beginning of the semester to request the postponing in order to avoid the payment, or can transform the payments to the next trimester.

No, he/she will not be exempted from paying the fees in case of withdrawal after the beginning of the trimester.
